Use Case: Customer management through interface

Use Case

Customers can be created and updated through the interface. It is possible to give Tehden information on from which system the customer information has come from, for example customer information from online store application. It is also possible to update customer marketing authorizations through the interface. Customers can also be excluded from Tehden interface. 

Customer can be identified for an external system. When creating or updating the customer information, you can set externalsystem_id and externalsystemidentifier for a customer. The externalsystemidentifier is a string of your choice. The externalsystemidentifier is required when externalsystem_id is defined and opposite. The externalsystem_id's are enums, see below.
