Tehden ERP version 25.2.00 released 11.4.2025

Endpoints

  • POST /company_customer/createTehdenCustomer
    • An option has been added to the endpoint to specify a default payment term for a new customer in the `customer.paymentterm_id` member. The default payment term cannot be deleted, unavailable, prepayment, postpayment or credit agreement type at the time of insertion.

  • POST /company_customer/updateTehdenCustomer

    An option has been added to the endpoint to update the default payment term of an existing customer in the `data.customer_id` member.
    The given default payment term cannot be deleted, unavailable, or of the prepayment, postpayment or credit agreement type at the time of the update.

  • POST /invoicing/createRecurringInvoiceProfile

    The requirements for the payment condition for a reliable recurring invoice profile have been tightened. The payment term cannot be deleted at the time of creation, unavailable, or of the prepayment, recurring or credit agreement type. The requirement also applies to the default payment term for the company, which is used when no payment term is specified in the member `paymentterm_id` for the profile

  • POST /invoicing/createSalesOrderFromSale

    The verification of the information in the trusted assembly receipt has been tightened.

    The payment term to be entered in the `paymentterm_id` member cannot be deleted, unavailable, or repayment, postpayment or credit agreement type at the time of creation. The payment term does not have to be provided.

    The delivery date (`deliverydate`) and value date (`valuedate`) must be in the format 'YYYY-MM-DD' as in
    '2024-12-31'.

  • POST /purchaseorder/create

    The payment condition for a trusted purchase order cannot be removed and must be available. The payment term does not have to be provided,
    in which case the supplier's payment term is used and checked in the same way as the provided payment term. For return orders and
    stock transfers, the payment term is not completed.

    The values currency_id and currencyCode can be assigned to the interface. Previously, if both values were given, the currency set for the purchase order was primarily determined by currency_id and currencyCode was ignored. Now if you provide both values and currency_id does not match currencyCode, an error is thrown. No change to the situation where the customer only specifies one of the values or the values in question are not set at all.

    If a client provides both values and they conflict with each other may require a change from the integrator.

  • POST /saleorder/createSaleOrderAndRows

    The payment term `saleorder.paymentterm_id` of a trusted sales order cannot be deleted and must be available.
    The payment term does not have to be provided, in which case the company default payment term is used, which is checked in the same way as the provided
    payment term.

  • POST /shipment/createShipment

    Invoices for a sales delivery can be assigned a payment term in the invoice object
    in the `data.invoice` table as a `paymentterm_id` member. It is not mandatory, in which case the payment term is completed with the payment term of the order to be submitted
    in the first place and the default payment term of the customer or company in the second place. The given or inferred payment term cannot
    be of the cancelled or prepayment type and must be available. A credit agreement payment term may be used when an
    order has an order-specific credit limit issued to the customer.

  • getFinvoicesForExternalSystem
    • When 'costCentreBranchId' is used, the 'RowProjectReferenceIdentifier' field in the Finvoice XML invoice will contain the branch ID. If the invoice branch has a defined presystem ID, use the branch with the corresponding code. If the presystem ID is not defined or no branch matches that ID, the invoice branch itself will be used.
  • stock/getBranchStockAmounts includes in result, changed products of purchase orders which makes balance reservations when filtering with timestampSince -parameter.
